Taapsee Pannu last seen bashing up the bad guys alongside Akshay Kumar in Neeraj Pandey's espionage drama, Baby, will be seen next in a short film, directed by Tigmanshu Dhulia.
Draped in a nine-yard sari, with a nose pin, her hair coiled in a bun, the actress resembled a Maharashtrian mulgi. "When I was offered the film, I didn't ask too many questions. I was just so happy that Tishu wanted to work with me again," says Taapsee.
The as-yet-untitled film, is a love story, currently being shot in Mumbai. "I have a couple of films going on floors soon so this is the best time for me to do a short film," she the actress.
The filmmaker has also signed her for a feature film, which is currently being scripted. Buzz is, she will be seen opposite Amit Sadh, one of the three leading men of Kai Po Che!
