* Salman Khan was very happy with the success of the film and you could see it on his face. He arrived with a smile, posed for photographs before making his way to his vanity. As he walked into the venue, he was seen speaking to everyone around him in a cheerful manner. In fact, during the press conference too, he was in a very good mood and answered each question that the media threw at him. He even took on controversial questions with a smile. He even posed for photographs with all the journos in the end and even gave out autographs.
* On the other hand, Anushka found herself in an awkward situation. With Salman sitting besides her, everyone was asking the actor all the questions. Only two or three questions were directed towards her. Throughout the interview, we could sense that she was waiting for someone to ask her something. She kept smiling, but was seen thinking about a few things also.
* Like Aamir had a Sultan hangover during Eid, Salman had a Dangal hangover today. He praised Aamir and his film a lot today. He even revealed to us how he gave Aamir an advice on not building six-packs abs for the film. He even cracked a few jokes.
* The superstar was even enthusiastic while wishing his ex-girlfriend Katrina Kaif for her birthday. We have seen the duo bond over the last couple of days and today again, he wished her in the cutest possible way. He said, “From the youngest actor to Katrina Kaif, wishing you a very Happy Birthday!”
* Anushka also went into a kind of justification mode when she was asked what she felt after hearing that her character was being called as regressive. She explained that while everyone has their own views, the character wasn’t regressive. In fact, she even suggested that Aarfa was actually progressive because she took the decision herself and Sultan didn’t force her.
* The superstar then went on to be his hilarious self when he shared that he didn’t know how to operate a TV till a few days ago. He explained the dilemma and detail and it was hilarious.
Salman Khan‘s Sultan has shattered the box office with humongous numbers throughout the first week and seems like there is no stopping the film. People across India have loved Salman and Anushka’s film. And to celebrate the grand success of the film, both the actors and director — Ali Abbas Zafar called us for a press conference. But this wasn’t any press conference. With the film doing so well, the celebrations should be grand too, right? So the makers, Yash Raj Films drove us to a huge bungalow at Surve Farms, which was used in Prem Ratan Dhan Payo and gave us an opportunity to interact with the stars and the director. After a sumptuous meal, the press conference started and here are a few observations...
