Pooja Bedi had her share of problems with Salman Khan, when she was a contestant in Bigg Boss. In fact, she boycotted the finale of the show because of her problems with him. Now in the whole outrage against Salman Khan using the rape anology to explain his training for Sultan, she has come to his defense. She took to social media to say, “Is the Salman Khan controversy justified? If I say I feel as fat as an elephant, will PETA file a case? Is India getting oversensitive?”
Meanwhile, a journalist who was present at this interview confirms, “As soon as the words were out of his mouth, Salman realised they were insensitive and took back his words. It is on tape. All the reporters present understood and promised the actor they wouldn’t use the comment, but then one went back on his word. She should have also reported that he acknowledged immediately that he had used the wrong words.”
