Reeth Mazumder is not ashamed of being called sexy

After working in a few international films, Reeth Mazumder is doing a full-fledged role in the Bollywood movie, A Scandall, which releases on June 24. The promos of the film have kindled curiosity because of its bold subject. However, the actress reveals that she had no inhibitions while shooting the intimate scenes. She says, “The film has the right amount of boldness. I would have loved to start my career with a romantic film in which I am running around trees but then it wouldn't have been different from the rest. I am willing to look hot if the role demands it. I'm not ashamed to be called bold or sexy.“ Reeth adds that she doesn't fear being stereotyped. “When you see the film, you will realise that my character is not one-dimensional. There is much more than what is seen in the promos,“ she claims.

On the career front, things are looking up for the actress. “After A Scandall, I am doing a film that is based on William Shakespeare's Othello, which is being helmed by a South director. I am also doing a sci-fi movie. Apart from that, I'm on the verge of signing another Bollywood project that will be announced soon,“ she concludes.
