There has been much speculation about which film Deepika Padukone will sign after her Hollywood outing xXx: The Return Of Xander Cage. It was reported that she had signed the Telugu film Kattilantodu, opposite Chiranjeevi, but an insider insists that she is not doing the film. The film is a remake of AR Murugadoss’s Kaththi, revolves around two lookalikes — Kathiresan and Jeevanantham — and focuses on the issue of farmers committing suicide due to corporate encroachment. This is Chiranjeevi’s 150th film and he is making a comeback as a hero after a 15-year-break. The source adds, “Currently, Deepika is considering only two offers — Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Padmavati and Aanand L Rai’s next opposite Shah Rukh Khan.”
