Saif Ali Khan is known to be choosy about his films especially as some of his last releases didn’t fare so well at the box-office. But when director Milan Luthria offered him a role in Badshaaho to play a parallel role with Ajay Devgn, the younger actor refused. Naturally so did his biwi Kareena Kapoor after that. Says a source, “Saif and Kareena were both offered roles in the film but the makers wanted Saif to take a fee cut. Saif was very clear that he wouldn’t do that and turned down the offer. Kareena too decided to opt out as it wouldn’t suit her to do a film that was unfair to her husband.” Biwi ho toh aisi.
