After remaking the Bengali film Rajkahini with Vidya Balan in Hindi, Mahesh Bhatt is keen to remake another Bangla hit, Belaseshe. The film is about a mature romance between an elderly couple in the autumn of their lives. Bhatt has already met Bengali director duo Shiboprasad Mukherjee and Nandita Roy and got the rights. Buzz is he is planning to approach Amitabh Bachchan for the role played by Soumitra Chaterjee in the original. If he agrees this will be the first time Bachchan will be working in a film made by the Bhatts. Wonder who will play the female lead?
