King Khan on the Newark airport incidents where he was profiled in 2009
MUMBAI MIRROR (February 25, 2016)
Shah Rukh Khan suffered something of an existential crisis recently when he was quizzed about what he imagined himself doing ten years from now during an interview. “I thought it'd be more than 30 years so when you say 10, it makes me a little paranoid that it's going to end so early. I may need a new knee and a new shoulder. They tell me they are finding new body parts. I love acting for whatever amount I know, and I always tell everyone that my last shot should be when they say 'cut'“, the 50-year-old actor said.
Talking about his namesake on the American terror watch-list that created a lot of buzz when he was detained for questioning at the Newark airport, US, in 2009, the King Khan said, “I've been told, I don't know how true it is, that the gentleman has been caught, or has been found. So he's off that list, and that's why I'm off that list, too. I'm coming in and going very freely in America now,“ he revealed, adding that he's been trying to look at some universities for his kids, Aryan and Suhana.
