When you're pretty as a picture, it's not easy for anyone to make you blush. But when an actor like Akshay Kumar gives you a big-hearted compliment, we guess you can't help it. Incidentally, Divya Khosla Kumar began her acting career with none other than Akshay in Ab Tumhare Hawale Watan Saathiyo.
Recently when they met at an event, the two got talking about all about movies and the kind of stories Divya is directing. He had chanced upon the promos of her upcoming directorial venture Sanam Re, starring Yami Gautam and Pulkit Samrat, and was impressed at the freshness of this youth-oriented movie.
In fact, he said that he was keen to watch the film as soon he got a breather from his own movie promotions. In an industry where mostly everyone is trying to outdo the other, it was good to see a genuine compliment, that too from a star who is the king of turnstiles.
