A few days ago, Anupam Kher had reacted to Aamir Khan’s remarks on intolerance in India. In a series of tweets, Kher hit out at Khan questioning what his solution to millions of Indian’s living in an ‘intolerant India’ was. “Dear Aamir, did you ask Kiran which country would she like to move out to? Did you tell her that this country has made you Aamir Khan,” Kher tweeted in response to Khan’s comments that his wife Kiran Rao had spoken about whether they should move out of the country. But now the bitter words are a thing of the past. Wednesday night saw the two hug and make up at Anil Kapoor’s birthday party at his Juhu residence. Kher says, “That’s the beauty of this place. We can say whatever we want and still share a warm relationship. Aamir and I have known each other for years and done many wonderful films together. When I saw him talking to some people I went across and tapped him on the shoulder. It was a warm moment as we hugged each other. It was as simple as that.” All’s well that ends well.
